Our services includes screening tenants based on their criminal, credit and eviction history in order to provide you with well-paying tenants who are less troublesome.

What times are you able to take maintenance calls?

Our office hours are 9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, we have maintenance technicians on call in case of after-hours emergencies.

Do you manage finances as well?

Yes, we help with both security deposit and rent collection to save you the trouble of visiting your tenants monthly. We also provide a detailed financial statement monthly.

Can you help me evict my bad tenant?

We understand how hard it can be to deal with unyielding tenant. If after mediation a tenant still doesn’t cooperate, we have experts we work with that help with a smooth eviction process, saving the owner a whole lot of stress.

Do you also do apartment showing?

Yes, our services include advertisement, apartment showing, and tenant screening. We also sign lease agreements and withhold security deposits on behalf of the landlord.

Do you also manage commercial properties?

We manage a range of commercial and residential properties to satisfy your need.
